Senior Group Account Director (Sr. GAD) – Client Campaigns
Location: Remote/Hybrid | Job Type: Full-Time
Role Overview
The Senior Group Account Director (Sr. GAD) will serve as the day-to-day lead for BHM’s client campaigns across multiple therapeutic areas. This role is ideal for an experienced account management professional who thrives in fast-paced, mission-driven environments and has proven expertise in healthcare, advertising, or communications. US based role, hybrid, with expectation to be in the BHM NJ headquarters periodically.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day management of client campaigns across therapeutic areas (oncology, IBD, chronic diseases, etc.).
Act as primary client contact for campaign updates, revisions, deliverables, and optimizations.
Review and route campaign creative, media plans, and performance results to clients.
Oversee social media submissions and ensure alignment with client strategies.
Lead campaign optimization in partnership with internal leads (digital media, RFP proposals, recruitment opportunities).
Write/review creative briefs and provide feedback on new creative concepts.
Coordinate RFP responses and proposal submissions.
Support BHM’s Patient Database initiatives by integrating campaign needs with audience segmentation.
Mentor junior account team members and ensure high-quality client service standards.
Some travel required
Offices are located in NJ and GA, position is largely remote
Requirements
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in client services, advertising, or healthcare marketing.
Strong background in digital campaign management, analytics, and optimization.
Excellent client communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with clinical trials, pharma marketing, or health equity is a strong plus.
Self-starter with proven track record of working independently to advance projects.
