About the Role:
The Manager, Finance Applications, is responsible for end-to-end solution design, implementation and deployment of Insmed' s Finance Applications portfolio. We are looking for a driven, results-oriented leader to lead the effort in building Insmed' s next generation of systems used to automate and optimize our Finance applications and processes. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working for a global organization of highly complex business scenarios. This is a hybrid position, located in Bridgewater, NJ.
What You'll Do:
- Provides system support to the Finance business users ensuring accurate and timely processing of Global Finance applications including (Oracle Fusion ERP Applications and associated integrations).
- Provides support to the Global Finance user community to improve the efficiency of the group through features and functions available in Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud Finance applications.
- Challenges existing methods, processes and tools to optimize utilization and efficiency of the Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud Finance applications.
- Provides user training and assistance as needed.
- Supports the integration of acquisitions. This support may include mapping data, data conversions, system configuration, and business process revisions.
- Plays a key role in the integration of new requirements, solution architecture and process improvements into the system and process flow, including the evaluation and introduction of additional technology to meet Business requirements.
- Collaborate with Business users to elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring alignment with project work.
- Coordinates with Business users to evaluate and make changes to oracle ERP Cloud systems to maintain compliance with corporate standards while balancing global vs local needs.
- Assists with the planning and implementation of business systems changes as a result of significant organizational structure changes to support business growth.
- Assists with business process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure reliable technology and process methods are in place to deliver accurate results and consistent system performance.
- Drive continuous improvement, guidelines and improving standard operating procedures for the organization.
- Lead onshore/offshore team to handle requirements, design, configuration and testing for multiple IT initiatives.
- Support activities related to Internal & External audit, SOX, GDPR, etc. compliance
Who You Are:
- 7-10 years of experience with Oracle ERP (On Premise and/or Cloud) applications with four years of experience working with Oracle ERP (Core Financial Modules and Procure to Pay modules).
- 7-10 years of experience in a Information Technology related position.
- Minimum 4 years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud applications.
- 7-10 years of defining, scoping, scaling, and handling technology initiatives from a finance applications perspective
- 7-10 years of demonstrating technology to improve system processes.
- 5+ years of experience working with offshore delivery model.
- Strong communication and language skills in English.
- Experience in Record-To-Report, Procure-To-Pay, Order-To-Cash, Tax and other business financial processes
- Proven ability to engage with business collaborators to elicit, analyze, and document clear and actionable requirements that align with strategic objectives.
- Excellent command of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process
- Solid understanding of Data Structure, Controls and End-to-End Flow
- Experience in Integrating Oracle ERP applications with External applications.
- Experience with Oracle EPM is preferred.
- Critical thinking, systems and business background, and communications skills are critical for this strategic and complex role.
- Experience working in full life cycle Oracle EBusiness Suite and/or ERP Cloud implementations.
- Experience dealing with a varied set of customers across the world.
- Experience in developing and accomplishing test plans is required.
- Experience with AIM Methodology, Business Process Engineering and Project Management tools and/or similar ERP implementation methodologies is required.
Pay Range:
$119,000.00-167,267.00 Annual
